When we saw this at Toys R Us, it seemed way better than the original Lil' Fishys aquarium, and, all things considered, it is better. It is bigger, it has better "toys" that come with it, and the pirate theme is a huge hit with our boys. The downside of this toy is that it definitely takes an adult (or two) to assemble it.
