Who we are

YTBVC ("YouTube Billion Views Club", ytbvc.com) is an independent website that tracks and analyzes YouTube videos with over one billion views. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Browsing data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited) used for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics data is pseudonymous and used only to improve the site.
• Account data. If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture to operate your account. We never see your Google password.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Payments. API subscriptions are processed by Paystack. Your card details go directly to the payment processor - we never receive or store them. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, reference, status) for accounting.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for signed-in sessions and security (CSRF protection). Google Analytics sets its own cookies.

We display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com.

Where required (e.g. EEA/UK visitors), ad personalization is subject to your consent choices.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.

Data retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists. Server logs rotate automatically. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] - we'll act on verified requests within 30 days.

Public data on this site

The video statistics we publish (view counts, likes, publish dates, channel names) are public data collected from the YouTube Data API and are not personal information. Earnings figures are estimates, not measured payouts.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted on the homepage or by email where appropriate.
